SR.WINIFRED (1913 – 1982)
Sr. Winifred lived a faithful religious life, always ready to obey her superiors and ready to do the wok entrusted to her. She looked after the poor boarders with motherly care. She was superior and warden of Carmel hostel for some time and then came to St. Teresa’s Boarding. In her later years she developed a mental problem which steadily worsened. She had to be admitted to hospital for psychiatric care. While there she got a heart attack and passed away quite suddenly.
